The tenth week is the CCRM final exam. If you have not yet taken advantage of this great training program, find out what you’ve been missing.

Boot Camp Classes
"Leasing Boot Camp" is a training class for new managers, leasing agents and owners of smaller apartment communities.  In this seminar you will learn how to market your community and yourself, how to conduct property tours without violating the fair housing laws and what is meant by “relationship leasing”.  Also covered: the specific financial impact of resident retention.

"Maintenance Boot Camp" a property management seminar for new hires and veteran customer service staff. Learn the financial impact of resident turnover, basic landlord-tenant legal issues, and Fair Housing Laws that impact our industry. Students receive a completion certificate for fair housing training.

Maintenance Training Series
The Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley offers maintenance training for both new and seasoned employees. These “How-to” maintenance classes are taught by skilled professionals in facilities management. Such education trains maintenance employees and rental owners to perform basic maintenance duties at apartments, single-family homes, condos, duplexes, and other types of rental housing.

Each class focuses upon a specific subject. For each subject, students will learn how to identify basic parts, how they operate, and how to troubleshoot common problems. Participants will apply what they learn quickly, and the savings in maintenance costs will more than pay for the cost of training.
